Shipping Policy for Menyard

Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

Orders with incomplete delivery addresses will be treated as returns and processed for a refund.

Orders placed on business days before 23:59 will be processed and shipped the same day whenever possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package.

 Delivery Times and Shipping Costs

 The Netherlands

         •       Delivery: order before 23:59 = next day delivery

         •       Cost: €5.95 per package, free shipping on orders over €150

Germany

         •       Delivery: 1-3 business days  

       •       Cost: €5.95 per package, free shipping on orders over €150

 France & Spain & Luxemburg

         •       Delivery: 2-4 business days

         •       Cost: €6.95 per package, free shipping on orders over €150

 Rest of Europe

         •       Delivery: 3-8 business days

         •       Cost: €12.95 per package, free shipping on orders over €250

“Please note that for orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the customer.”

 Outside Europe

         •       Delivery: 6-10 business days

         •       Cost: €15.95 per package

Packages are shipped and delivered via DHL,GLS, FEDEX and more. If you’re not at home during delivery, your package could be delivered to a neighbor or sent to a nearby service point.

Please note that since we rely entirely on the shipping company for delivery, we cannot guarantee the delivery times mentioned above. However, we promise to dispatch your order the same day if placed before 23:59 PM on weekdays.

Please note that they may not always leave a physical notification in your mailbox, so we recommend checking your track & trace information for the most up-to-date delivery status.

If a package is not collected from the service point within one week, it will be returned and processed as a return for a refund.

During holidays and sale periods, there may be delays in processing and delivery due to increased demand both at our warehouse and with DHL.

Please plan ahead and place your orders early to ensure timely delivery, especially around the holiday season.
