Menyard return policy

You have the right to return part or all of your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

Below is a link to the return portal, where you can create your own return label. Please make sure all the information is filled in correctly. Simply click on the link or copy it into your browser.

Menyard does not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs.

You can return the items at your own expense via any courier service. Just make sure to select your preferred carrier when creating the return label.

Keep your proof of shipment, including the tracking number. Once received, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

During holidays and sale periods, processing and shipping of returns may be delayed due to high volumes in both our warehouse and delivery services.

 Please note that Menyard is not responsible for return packages that fail to reach our warehouse for any reason.
